Gone Fishin'

Last weekend Dad and I went up to West Yellowstone for an awesome day of fishing along the Madison River. In contrast to our unsuccessful trip last year Dad and I caught a combined total of 10 fish. A mixture of browns and rainbows all 12" or above. Here's a few photos from the trip:

Top to bottom: Kyle and 16" Brown Trout

A face only a mother could love.

Dad's first catch: 12" Rainbow

Dad and I on the river.

Weapon of choice: Yellow Row and Lemon Head (Both supplied by Bro. Gibson)

Sunset to end a good day.

Mom's visit to Seattle

We had so much fun with Poppy here, we headed down to Salem for the weekend. This first picture Amelia is trying to look as if she would never hurt Charlotte. "What? Me? I would never do that."

Playing on the bed.

Finding their baskets at the Baums Easter morning.

Amelia, as in years before, goes straight for the chocolate bunny. That's my girl!

Charlotte nibbles furiously on her puffs.

Austin acts as a barracade between the two girls.

Amelia decides to show kindness and share a juice box with Charlotte.

Amelia needing nothing other than beautiful Donovan to play with. She loved him.

Tulip Festival

Mom noticed this lone yellow tulip amongst all the reds.

Munchkin turns 3

For those who wanted to see (ahem, mom and becca) here are some pics of Amelia on her big old day. She had her Finding Nemo party and she loved it. Just some quick pictures, cause I gotta run.
So these uploaded backwards, but here you go:

At the end of the day, blowing out her family cake.

After the party had died down, a couple of my friends stayed and chatted while these three watched a Baby Einstein. They've been playing since they were 6 months old.

Holding closely the presents her sweet friends gave her as the hordes of kids reached for them.

Friends singing to her.

I said "Austin, make her a bed for her dolls please"...voila! I said "Austin, make her a ballet barre please"....voila!

And surprisingly the thing she couldn't put down all day? This el cheapo princess umbrella.

Holding the gift from the Hunters. She put it on first thing the following morning.
